When this client came to us, they wanted more than a cosmetic update — they envisioned a complete transformation. Their goal was to create a home that felt sleek, elevated, and timeless — a space that could easily belong in the pages of a design magazine but still function for real life. The kitchen needed to serve as both a showpiece and a high-performance workspace, while the master bath needed to become a true private retreat — calm, modern, and spa-like.

Kitchen Remodel
Modern
5-STAR
We started by rethinking the layout, lighting, and material palette to bring a sense of flow and cohesion between the kitchen and bath. Every decision balanced form and function — simplicity that hides sophistication, beauty that works hard.
This kitchen is the definition of refined modern design. Slab cabinetry in crisp white mixes with rich, walnut-stained panels to add warmth and natural depth. Every line is intentional — uninterrupted, balanced, and architectural.
To keep the countertops visually clean, we integrated hidden pop-up outlets using Dequorum “Chameleon Top” power solutions — a small detail that makes a big difference in maintaining the uncluttered look.
For the work zone, we installed a FOSTER Leonardo Gunmetal undermount sink, paired with bold Stratus Calacatta Zeal and Nero Marquina Silk countertops. The striking contrast between the black and white veining creates a sculptural focal point that feels both luxurious and functional.
Walls in Balboa Mist and Snowbound (Sherwin-Williams) keep the space open and bright, while Brighton Gold flooring from ProSource grounds the room with a soft, natural undertone that connects beautifully with the walnut cabinetry.
Lighting was the final layer of refinement. A Stagger 72″ Linear Suspension fixture delivers sleek, functional illumination, while the Modern Waves Chandelier brings a touch of artistry and softness over the island. Together, they strike a perfect balance — bright for cooking, ambient for entertaining.
From the first design meeting, our client expressed that they wanted a kitchen they could “actually live in” — one that felt modern but still warm. They loved how every element had purpose — the hidden outlets, the seamless cabinetry, the tailored lighting. Watching their excitement grow as each detail came to life was the best part of the project.
“New Creations performed a kitchen remodel for me. They did such a nice job I hired them to do a bathroom remodel a few years later.
Hiring New Creations was a great experience for me both times. From the design all the way through the project completion, they are focused on customer service.
I was extremely happy with the results of each of my remodels.
This is an honest company that does high-quality work. Communication was good, the workmanship was wonderful, and everyone I interacted with was very friendly.
I strongly recommend New Creations.“
