Thanks to the great team at New Creations for a remodeling of our condo kitchen. They demo'd, drafted, designed, fabricated, and installed what is now a "home style" kitchen in our condo. What they delivered was exactly what we'd envisioned. Not a single detail was left unattended. We're so grateful to have worked with such skilled, timely, committed, caring, and professional craftsmen, who delivered on the product and the quality that they'd committed to.

This review marks our third successful engagement with Roy and the New Creations team. The first was a stunning remodel of a galley into an open, airy European-style kitchen with wide open shelves featuring floating cabinets with attractive under-cabinet lighting. Our second was a remodel of a beige and forest green lavatory with peeling-linoleum-filled bathroom into a crisp, airy bathroom featuring hexagonal tiles that popped with dark grout and thoughtfully reworked pluming with chrome fixtures.

Our most recent engagement was a large project in our newly purchased home. It involved new floors, resurfaced ceilings, wall to wall paint, and a completely resurrected kitchen space. I've always admired how clean and unimposing Roy's team can be while knocking down walls and tearing out wires and pipes. You really feel taken care of on the New Creations team--they have a gift for taking your vision in the form of magazine clippings, your favorite photos on Houzz, and vague descriptions (think, "modern but traditional," "light and open but private," etc. I think I would have slapped myself if I were them) and turning them into coherent, thoughtful design.

We are in love with our new home and that is largely attributable to Roy and his team. I appreciate the consistency with which they deliver beautiful results. Most importantly, we have never felt Roy's attention waver due to the size of our jobs. From the little bathroom remodel to the full home excursion, he has made sure we are taken care of. We worked with New Creations to do a complete master bathroom remodel and a refresh of a jack and jill bathroom. Both bathrooms turned out amazing, both in terms of looks and functionality. This is our second time working with New Creations (previously we did a complete kitchen remodel) and once again Roy and his team really took care of us from beginning to end.

I am a very particular and detail oriented customer who has approached each project with a definite and unique vision that represents my home and me. Roy and the team respected my input and helped refine the project to make my vision a reality. In lesser hands, the design quality would have been compromised.

New Creations manages projects effectively, maximizing the use of materials, time, and labor to ensure the minimum level of disruption possible during a large renovation. They stand behind their work, are reliable, professional, and honest. I highly value the true team performance from the New Creations crew with respect to coordination, expertise, and process. I am in the process of designing future projects and can’t imagine trusting anyone else to deliver the unique designs, reflecting who I am, other than Roy and the New Creations team. We love our updated kitchen! New Creations transformed our cramped kitchen with limited countertop and cabinet space into a new gathering area that is now the focal point of or home. New Creations also transformed a small, dull library/bar space into something amazing. This is our second time working with New Creations. The cabinetry built and installed by Apollo is amazing. We had the cabinets stained and went from a natural finish to a darker look. We love the contrast of the cabinets with the lighter backsplash and counters. It really makes the kitchen look so elegant. Apollo also installed the backsplash and flooring. He is meticulous with his workmanship and you can trust him to get it right.

I have the kitchen of my dreams, thanks to New Creations. Roy and Apollo give you the service that you just can’t find anymore. We have done small and large remodels over the years, and we have never received service like we did with this top-notch team. From the beginning of design to the end product, they worked with us every step of the way. Roy was great about letting us know what they were doing and when they were doing it. I had a mess of a 1972 bath/closet/vanity table and nothing from 1972 should still be around...except for the people, of course, and the music. Roy and his team transformed these three small, cramped areas into one big, bright, beautiful, functional space that makes me jump for joy almost every time I walk in there. He and his team took my ideas and made a them reality all within budget. They jumped through all the hoops I tossed at them and creatively resolved some challenges that the small space presented. I am saving all my pennies in the hopes that sometime in the not-too-far future, I can bring them all back to work their magic on my kitchen.

New Creations, in Austin, TX, did a great job on an extensive remodel of a mid 70’s home. They upgraded the electrical, plumbing, removed walls, remodeled the bathrooms and kitchen, and put in all new tile flooring. All the home issues were addressed, and we couldn’t be happier.

I contracted with NEW CREATIONS last year to remodel a new condo I had bought and had plans to move into. Having been through one medium-sized and another small remodel project years ago and from talking to many friends over the years who had shared their experiences with remodel jobs, my expectation was that this would drag out an excruciatingly long time and the results, while maybe satisfactory, would probably be less than what I dreamed of in regards to quality. But after reading their reviews and interviewing them, I was crossing my fingers for more. With COVID-19 unexpectedly happening, Austin inspections going crazy, and numerous add-orders I added to the original job, my project did take a long time. But every minute it took was worth the quality craftmanship and results. I can only say WOW! It's been fun to see the jaws drop from every one of my friend's that saw the before and after (and I still get jaw drops from those who just see the after). Looking back and considering Roy and his team's attention to detail plus all the complicating factors, I'm actually am surprised how quickly they got the job done. While I was generally satisfied with my previous remodel projects, I am absolutely thrilled with this one. I LOVE my remodeled condo!! So far, I am really enjoying living in this space and looking forward to enjoying it long into the future!

Roy and his team not only designed and built us a beautiful kitchen, but remodeled our entire bottom floor to include two living rooms, breakfast nook, and small bathroom. Additionally, his team coordinated new windows for the entire house, siding, and a lot of rock work. Oh, and they remolded my husband's garage. Not all the work on our current job is completed but we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, I'll update when this one is done as well. Roy remodeled the kitchen and bath in our condo five years ago and it was fabulous. We loved it for the 5 years we had it and found no flaws or complaints.
We recently purchased a single story home and hired New Creations to do the whole interior from insulation through replacing most of the electrics. Assuming that New creations would not do outside work, we hired an electrical contractor to upgrade the electricity and a paint company to paint the exterior. Roy worked well with both of them, even though the electrician turned out to be a serious complication, delaying things a month or more.
John Theiss Email responses were prompt and 'basecamp,' an online task planning site, allowed us to see timing and updates at our convenience. In the process we made several changes and special requests and Roy handled them very well.
BTW, the designer he works with, had the patience of a saint as well as some of the best ideas for our redesign.

Amazing New Kitchen – After 8 years in our home, we decided to update our kitchen. We researched and contacted several companies who did kitchen remodels. Roy at New Creations was the first (and one of the only) to respond to our queries.

Roy and his band of contractors helped us with the new kitchen design. Alina helped with paint colors, cabinet colors and getting us appointments with various vendors. Roy's cabinet maker was phenomenal. Our new woodwork is truly beautiful. His tile crew were always prompt and did an amazing job with the new travertine. Both his plumber and electrician were always on hand to answer questions and solve construction issues.

Working with Jeremy, our site manager, was fantastic! He was ALWAYS available by phone and email. (And, yes, we had him on speed dial!)

Living through a kitchen remodel isn't ever fun, but Roy and his team at New Creations made it bearable. We are so glad we hired them. Our kitchen is beautiful!!
