3. Design Phase
This is where it comes to life: space planning, material selections, CAD layouts, and an on-site mechanical analysis so the design is grounded in what's actually behind your walls.
4. Project Estimate
We line-item every cost and list the contingencies, so you see exactly what you're paying for before anything begins, complete transparency, with no "surprise costs."
5. Build
The same team that designed your project builds it and we treat your home like our own. That means HEPA-filtered containment, zip-wall barriers, daily cleaning, and low- and zero-VOC materials throughout. We handle permitting and inspections, and we keep you informed the whole way to the final walkthrough.
