Roy and his team did a great job. They were very communicative during the entire project and made sure that I was happy with the result.

My project involved taking out an interior wall, moving an exterior door (and replacing a single door with french doors), and a complete gutting of the kitchen - new cabinets, countertops, appliances, etc. I was very happy with my entire experience with New Creations.

My master bath remodel is now completed and once again New Creations came through and gave me the bath I've always dreamed of. Even though the remodel took place around the holidays, schedules were kept and there was minimal disruption of daily life. Roy and his team helped choose exactly the tile combinations I had in my mind and also gave me good suggestions on ways to compliment my choices. Tile work by Apollo and his assistant was wonderful, the vanities that Greg created are awesome and everything was done with little disturbance or mess. All the New Creations employees are professional, pleasant and easy to work with. Thanks again to New Creations for the bath they created for me!

Roy Faust and New Creations remodeled my kitchen in 2008 and I am still happy with it! He is super honest and ethical and is dedicated to his customers' happiness. I recommend him 200%! I would trust him to do any and all work on my home.

I recently had New Creations help me with a smaller project in regards to remodels. I was blown away by their level of care and expertise. All of my encounters with them have been pleasant and enjoyable, and I had a lot of peace of mind using them. After working with New Creations, I can say that I am completely convinced that their professionalism, skill level, and timeliness is, without a doubt, at the very top of the industry and I would HIGHLY recommend them to friends AND family!

We had Roy and his crew redo our uppers and reface our lowers along with installing a backsplash. His crew was never late, always courteous and clean, and they had excellent expertise in their job. The kitchen looks awesome and we couldn't be happier.

The New Creations team just finished our complete master bath remodel and we're super happy. We love the work they did, and the way they collaborated to deliver what we wanted/needed on time and on budget. It was great to have it all ready for the holidays. Roy and his team were great with ideas and discussing options to help us find the right balance of functionality, appearance and cost. Apollo and Jose were a pleasure to be around, super courteous and very thoughtful of our home and kept the site incredibly cleaned and organized. Roy managed all the tradespeople to pretty concise schedules and they too were all very nice and respectful. We really love our new room and we'll definitely look to work with the New Creations team when we do our kitchen remodel.

This is the second time (and second house) we have used New Creations. It was good to work with Roy and his Team again. They do a terrific job of working with you to understand what you envision for your remodel. This includes making valuable inputs where needed. We also appreciate the work ethic of Roy’s Team and the way they keep the job Site clean. Unlike the first time we used New Creations, there were some issues along the way. Roy and his Team responded quickly and made sure we were happy with the end product. Roy expects perfection and that is always evident during the walkthroughs with him.

We are EXTREMELY happy with the work done by New Creations on our kitchen. Our experience started with Design where the designer worked with us in every aspect of the design and never complained or rushed us when we changed our minds. She accompanied us on all of the supplier visits and was instrumental in us being so happy with the final results. She also staid engaged throughout the project. The Construction phase went just as well. The quality of the workmanship was top notch. No mater how much mess was made, they cleaned up the job site EVERY DAY. The team was always checking in to make sure we were happy with what we saw and it was obvious that they really cared about us, our kitchen and making sure we had a great experience. Roy send us an email with an progress update and next steps almost everyday, this in addition to maintaining a complete project list and calendar online that we could review and made our own comments. A couple of time we wanted to make changes in the design after the project was underway and while this is never optimum, Roy and his team went above and beyond to make sure that this process exceeded our expectations. The level of communication, customer focus and quality of the project were outstanding. If you want the best that Austin has to offer in custom Kitchens. I have NO hesitation in recommending New Creations.
