What happens when your conceptual visions of renovation meet the realities of construction execution? If you are fortunate, you meet Roy Faust of New Creations.

I had planned the renovation of my guest room and two upstairs baths down to the tiniest detail ( I am that detail oriented!). When I initially met with Roy and showed him what I wanted, I immediately sensed that I had gained a partner in my plans. He understood my goals and assured me that I could get what I wanted. And I did!!

Troy Hester managed my project with a degree of determination, expertise, and compassion that was above and beyond the norm. He made my vision become a reality.

Apollo, Paul, and the rest of the team worked competently and creatively to make this project work in a timely and professional manner.

As with any renovation project there were some surprises ,some set-backs, and some adjustments. The few that arose were quickly and satisfactorily addressed and remedied. I was completely happy with the handling of these items.

In terms of quality, vision, competence, timeliness, value for dollars, and just generally good experience, I recommend New Creations without any reservations. Not only would I refer them to my friends, I am already planning for my next renovation project with Roy and the New Creations team!

The project of totally rebuilding a kitchen, usually the most complex of all home remodeling experiences, can certainly be a daunting task. The reconstruction of a kitchen means not having the use of what is probably the home's central activity area for many weeks, if not months. Any homeowner considering this upgrade may want to engage in the services of a professional remodeling design team. This team can provide new design choices to consider, access to shopping options not generally available, and can coordinate the multitude of rebuilding activities. Key to the choice of kitchen designers is assessing how effectively you are able to communicate with them regarding your vision for the new kitchen, as well as their level of design expertise and their dependability.

It was with these considerations in mind that we decided to choose the New Creations design team. Roy and the team really listened to our ideas, and the reasoning behind them, for the new kitchen. The designer's knowledge of many design options helped to guide us towards the end goals we had in mind. The planning stage was iterative and took a few months to ensure that we had nailed down all the salient details prior to starting up the actual rebuilding. The team's resulting new kitchen drawings provided the detailed vision we would be aiming for.

Once the teardown and reconstruction work had begun, the team's professionalism manifested itself in many ways. Roy provided us a link to his scheduling program so we would know what to expect regarding upcoming activities. Apollo, the project manager, ensured that the kitchen area was sealed off, that all the household items in all adjacent spaces were covered in plastic and that an alternative meal preparation area in the dining room was set up. Reconstruction activities were then ongoing: rebuilding the walls, replumbing, laying down the new floor, installation & painting of new cabinets, electrical work for lighting and numerous outlets, an island table with a built-in electrical socket, installation of appliances, building a new venting path to the outside for the stovetop, and many more.

Work proceeded at a reasonable pace. Nevertheless, in any major remodeling project, unexpected issues or delays always emerge. Roy would always respond in these situations and assure us that "we will make this right" - words that actually were backed up by the actions needed to address the situations at hand.

After about 3½ months of activity (actually 4 chronological months, allowing for the Christmas break) construction of the new kitchen had progressed far enough along where, in a limited way, we could start using it again. The new appliances and much improved workflow were impressive enough, but with the new floors, cabinets, countertops and light fixtures - well, it just looked amazing, and reflected the commitment by Roy, Apollo and their team to the high quality of this project. In addition to the kitchen area, there were other home projects that they also helped with, but just suffice it to say here that we greatly appreciated their months-long commitment to a project we will always be proud of. It was a pleasure working with the New Creations design team, and we have no hesitation at all in recommending them for any and all home redesign projects.

My wife and I have been very pleased to have worked with New Creations on a significant remodeling project on our planned retirement home and would recommend Roy and his associated personnel to anyone. We decided to tackle not only the remodel of a large kitchen, but also 3 full baths as well as a den and a utility room all at the same time. The scope was large and design details could have been lost, but a focused approach by New Creation's designer on each aspect of the remodel kept us on track and delivered on some great ideas.
New Creations made effective use of electronic communications which allowed for easy transmittal of concepts that were able to be discussed and integrated into design iterations. Later on during the build the online scheduling program as well as emails kept us abreast of work progress and made communicating simple.
The demolition started as planned, work progressed in a timely manner and the project was completed on budget. The subcontractors Roy utilizes have been with him for awhile and are excellent. They all paid attention to details, delivered a high quality of workmanship, kept the work place clean and were very pleasant to work with. All in all, our experience with New Creations and Roy's team was very positive, we enjoyed the process and highly recommend him. M&J Long

Roy and the New Creations team did a fantastic job on a complete bathroom remodel and I highly recommend New Creations for anyone considering a bathroom or kitchen remodel for their home. From the beginning to the end of the process, Roy and his team were very involved and attentive throughout. In the early stages of design, Roy helped me come up with the vision of what I wanted, and they quickly and efficiently created what I now consider the shining star of the house. The New Creations team was also very capable of pivoting quickly on particular items if I wanted a tweak or two along the way. Overall it was a great experience and came at a great price, and I plan on using New Creations for an upcoming kitchen remodel.

This was my first time to remodel anything. I heard all the horror stories, and entered into the process with trepidation. Roy and the New Creations team made everything so easy that I really am left wondering what is so bad about remodeling. My new kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. The process was, dare I say...fun?! After receiving countless compliments on our kitchen remodel, we called Roy and Troy about our tiny but disastrous hall guest bathroom. I knew this gem of a company had picked up quite a bit of business. In recent months; however, I received the same level of diligence and attention on this much smaller project. My guest bathroom was completely transformed. This former afterthought in my house is now one of the best looking features. Everything NC touches turns to gold, and it is my pleasure to recommend them AGAIN!

FULL Service Kitchen and Bath Contractors – My wife and I just finished a full blown "complete gut" custom remodel on our condo kitchen and master bath located in Tarrytown. The title says it all...these guys are a FULL service contractor and will do design, help you select materials, make color/pattern recommendations, write fixed bid quotes, manage subcontractors, and warrant the finished product. We are now enjoying the end result and get compliments on the remodel every time someone comes to the house. If we decided to sell the condo tomorrow, I think we would get back every penny spent.

Before you sign a thing, Roy will provide a detailed quotation and plans. I was relieved to get to the end of the project and owe exactly what was agreed to. We bid out the project and asked around and typically contractors don't have the ability to draw up detailed plans so you have to hire an architect for even the simplest cabinet design, which can be pricey. Not the case with New Creations.

This was the first time I went through a process like this and I have to say that while it was painful to live in a house with no kitchen and master bath, it was well worth the wait. With all the great compliments, there are some pain points that is characteristic of any remodel from what I hear. In some cases, attention to detail was overlooked in the design phase and the team had to make modifications on the fly. I would have liked to see those details worked out ahead of time. All I can say is ask tons of questions and review work often. If you see something that doesn't look right, speak up. That goes for any contractor.

Roy has built quite a system with New Creations and he has some great people working for him...Jeremy, you are the man. Would definitely recommend them and use them again on the next project.

New Creations came into my home, consulted with me, presented their vision of my kitchen and delivered the Italian Tuscany look integrating existing cabinets and redefining them to fit the look. The kitchen is now a beautiful area which opens to the dining and living room and brings people together with a warm friendly and inviting atmosphere. When we host Garden Party meetings, people tell me how warm and cozy my home is.

They also remodeled my bathrooms and replaced the Master Bedroom Bathroom tub with a beautiful walk-in shower. Again they were excellent. They have the most respectful workers and keep the area clean each day through the remodeling. I love this company.

Kitchen Remodeling - Let Roy lead the way to success! – I first heard about New Creations at a local home show in Austin, Texas. I was a little hesitant about using a contractor that I found in this manner, however decided to give him a chance since our experience with other contractors had not produced any promising results. When Roy Faust came to our house for the first time I was immediately impressed by his professionalism, unique ideas and enthusiasm. By the time he left, I was convinced he was the perfect guy for the job, however his positive referrals sealed the deal.

Throughout the project he lived up to my complete expectations:
