Second Time Is Twice As Nice

In 2008 we fully remodeled our kitchen with New Creations and earlier this year our two bathrooms were completely redone with fantastic results. Working with Roy on the design details and Troy at the project site was very enjoyable and even when issues arose they ALWAYS worked to resolve them with the customers best interests in mind. Both the kitchen and the bathrooms are unique, customized to our needs, impressive in quality, and will significantly increase our houses value. Thanks again to New Creations for the great work you do.

We purchased a house built in the mid 70s that hadn't been touched since the mid 70s. We've spent the last four years fixing up almost every room in the house, and the kitchen was the last room we had left. While we were happy with the other rooms, we weren't excited about the contractors we had used to complete the jobs. Going into the kitchen remodel we were half expecting another average experience, but the final product is exactly what we wanted. We are very pleased with how our kitchen turned out. I love everything about it. The job was completed within the timeframe quoted and on budget. There were a few hiccups here and there, but they were all addressed and resolved timely and efficiently. All of the crew - Roy, Troy and Apollo are very friendly, responsive and responsible. I would recommend them to anybody looking to remodel their kitchen.

Remodeling a complete kitchen is a major task and can be a major risk. After much research we chose New Creations and it was the right choice. We had a basic concept in mind for taking out the old cabinets and removing a bar height wall, but with Roy and his key players we were able to come up with a comprehensive plan. Their contributions really brought out some excellent ideas that pulled the plan together. With details on the proposed plans we were not only able to design a kitchen and bathroom we wanted, but had enough in the budget to then to make changes to the living room as well. The workmanship of the cabinets, the skilled people involved in all phases and the quality of the materials really made this a great experience. There were small issues now and then, and that is to be expected in a custom job. We had changes to make at different stages and they were quick to accommodate them all. The challenges then turned to accomplishments and we ended up with a remodel that exceeded our expectations. I have no hesitancy in recommending Roy, Troy, Greg or any of the other skilled, courteous people involved.

New Creations Should Get 10 Stars!!!!!!!!!!

Roy and his team recently built and installed custom cabinets in my home. I had an idea of what I wanted, and Roy made my dream a reality! He took my ideas and then added things that I never would have thought of to turn the cabinets into something FABULOUS! Everybody who sees them goes OOooooohhhh!!! His attention to detail is amazing!! I am SO IMPRESSED with Roy and New Creations. I wholeheartedly recommend New Creations ... you won't be disappointed.

As I was looking for my next new home, I fell in love with a home that had a kitchen remodeled by New Creations. It was amazing with exceptional design in which you could tell had been professionally executed. In our search for a new home, we ended up buying a house that was going to need to be renovated and immediately I called Roy. I told him I had seen his work first hand and wanted him to renovate our kitchen! Roy agreed to work with us although our situation would be unique in that not only was the kitchen being renovated, but the entire house was under construction. Roy and his entire team far exceeded our hopes for a dream kitchen! In working with different construction teams for the last 4 months, I can say that without a doubt New Creations stands out for their ability to communicate, execute, and make you feel like you are their only client! Roy and Troy were always available when we had any questions or concerns and that is invaluable when it comes to designing your dream home! Apollo, who did the tile work and punch list went above and beyond his role as well. Everyone on his team was professional, friendly, polite, and worked as though it was more than just a job for them. They all take pride in their work and it shows! I would not hesitate to recommend New Creations to anyone!

We recently remodeled our master bathroom with New Creations, with Roy and Troy, and could not be happier with the outcome. As nervous newcomers to remodeling, I found Roy's straight-forward-tell-it-how-it-is style very refreshing. I was also pleasantly surprised and relieved that Roy did not try to "sell" additional things/services, but rather functioned as a guide and shared his experience with us if he thought it would benefit us in making a decision. Roy was extremely patient with our questions and concerns.

Troy managed the project with patience and grace, waited for inspectors, treated our home and our family with tremendous respect, listened carefully to any comments we had to make and took care of things in our home that weren't even part of our contract--he just offered to help!

Not sure you will find a better duo of honest, hard-working men to make your vision suddenly appear in your home. Can't wait for my next project to put them back to work. Highly recommended!

We now have an amazing kitchen and couldn’t be more delighted! Many thanks to the New Creations team for their patience, diligence, professionalism, and kindness they have shown myself and family in the renovation of our kitchen. My husband and I have been through the ringer over the years from sloppy contractors that don’t show up when they say they would, did a shoddy job, and left a mess behind as they left. We found that Roy’s crew was the exact opposite of this as they did an outstanding job of arriving on time, showing true quality craftsmanship on the task at hand, and each day would clean up before they left for the evening. Apollo was one of the main people that worked incredibly hard each day and made sure that the kitchen was perfect for me. He did a beautiful job of fine tuning at the end to make sure that every last detail was taken care of. He is such a talented craftsman and incredibly polite. This whole process has been such a positive experience and has changed our outlook on contractors. As for Roy, the owner of New Creations, my husband and I were impressed with his willingness to make sure that we were happy with every unique part of the design. Roy worked very closely with my husband and I to do so, often on his own time which was incredibly generous given that my husband and I have been juggling 2 little ones 3 and under during this entire remodel. We found the design incorporated all of our ideas but then it also took it to the next level that made our kitchen not just nice, but absolutely stunning and a lot more functional. We have received many compliments in the short amount of time that it has been complete and are looking forward to spending a lot more time in our new kitchen. Thank you New Creations!

I love my new "spa -like" bathroom! The New Creations team did a wonderful job. The workers were professional, courteous and trustworthy. The area was always left clean and they paid attention to every detail. The project ran according to schedule and it turned out even better than I had envisioned. I would definitely hire Roy, Troy, and the New Creations team again!

Remodeling done the RIGHT way. – In a day of many industry and service folks showing indifference and offering shrugged shoulders, these guys shine for listening, offering solutions, creativity, and problem solving when the scope of the project changes. They have assembled a vetted collection of trades people who know how to get the job done. The cabinets, in particular, are amongst some of the best made and beautifully crafted cabinets that I have seen. Solid wood with great detail to craftsmanship make them a joy to use and look at. The compliments from friends keep flowing about the remodel. Roy and I met and discussed the project and planning multiple times before starting and the cabinet manufacturer offered suggestions about the creation of unique wall that turned out to be a wonderful focal point that ties in wonderfully with the kitchen design. Troy's hands on detail to the project was also quite remarkable in managing the day to day scheduling and ensuring that things were on time and in place. In a remodel there are always going to be surprises, but the nice thing about dealing with these folks is that they become an ally for getting a solution in place as quickly and efficiently as possible. The end result has been a beautiful kitchen that greatly exceeds what I thought was possible for my space. You can't go wrong with having these guys manage your remodel if you want the piece of mind that things being done the right way with great attention to detail.

Best Kitchen Remodeler...Hands Down! – Roy (owner of New Creations) worked very patiently with us as we painfully crawled through the design and estimating/ bid evaluation process. He had a lot of great ideas we had not considered when we decided to remodel the kitchen. Once we finally accepted his offer, he very clearly lined out all the steps his team need to do and all the homework we needed to do in order to get all materials and resources in the right place at the right time. The first day of demo was Oct 19, 2011 and the last day of punch list tidy ups was Dec 23. The bulk of all the work and adjustments were completed by the end of November but Roy's commitment to 100% customer satisfaction kept his guys coming back until everything was right per his opinion which in a number of cases was far more detailed than ours. All of his team were very personable and we had no concerns allowing them to work in our home unattended. We got to meet all of them prior to us even signing the contract with New Creations which was just another example of how Roy took uncertainty out of the equation. Add on top this, their use of a web based project planning tool that we were given access to so we could always keep up with what was accomplished by who as well as what was coming and when. The team kept the house very neat considering the level of construction that was taking place and made sure to clean up at the end of everyday. We could not be happier with the final product New Creations delivered for us. The kitchen is far more functional than the original with lots more cabinet and drawer space without adding a single inch of sq footage. From beginning to end, Roy and his project manager, Troy were always responsive by e-mail and phone for any question that popped into our heads and the thoroughness of the upfront planning & design efforts they led resulted in no change orders or other financial surprises (except for items mandated by city code i.e. smoke detectors on every open surface in house it seems, overwhich they had no control). All of Roys' subcontractors took as much ownership of our satisfaction as Roy did for which we are very grateful. We highly recommend you consider Roy Faust and New Creations for your remodeling project, you will not be disappointed!
