New Creations Custom Kitchen & Bath Remodeling – My husband and I were very pleased with the outcome of our kitchen cabinets. The entire job was done timely and everyone was very professional. Roy followed up to make sure we were happy with the results and Greg and other workers were very flexible with our schedule.

They did an outstanding job and I get so many compliments on my kitchen.

Roy showed up for our first meeting with an enthusiastic knowledge of what could be, with a great design eye and a belief in his crew to do the job he promised us would be done. And what a job they did. The results are so much more than we ever expected! Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful! We love it! From new floors to new ceilings and everything in between, the crews at New Creations did fabulous jobs with impeccable craftsmanship. They were courteous, respectful, on time, and just plain great at their individual craft. A quick thanks to Greg for my absolutely beautiful cabinets… and the stain was perfection!

And then there is the customer service. Roy started it off very well indeed, and Joshua and Troy continued it without skipping a beat. They made us feel very well cared for and comfortable as our house was being demolished around us, as well as, while it was being built up anew. They listened. They made suggestions. They calmed our fears. They were our friends. They sincerely made us feel that we were the center of their attention. How rare is that these days?

We also had the pleasure to work with Julia on our design decisions. We would pick out products, tiles, etc. and then get second thoughts. Julia was patient and kind as she gently guided us through what can be a nerve racking assignment. ..especially for those of us who have trouble with making decisions. Thanks Julia. It all came together beautifully.

And have I mentioned that they came in not only on time but on budget. I kept expecting that a final bill for an additional 10 – 20% would be coming my way, as that is what I was told to expect from most contractors. It didn’t happen. Roy gave me a quote and the job was done as he quoted it would be. I was also given a 6 – 8 week window to complete the job. I expected it to probably run over by a week, maybe two or three. But it didn’t. It was complete in less than 6. I was amazed and delighted to say the least.

Roy’s integrity, from day one, was what we banked our money on. Our returns were more than expected.

Well run Kitchen Remodeling Project! – New Creations captured our kitchen remodeling business because they offered the whole package … from design inception through installation, with a key focus on customer satisfaction. Roy Faust, New Creations owner, lives and breathes his commitment to his customers, and it permeates throughout his team. We enjoyed being an integral part of the kitchen upgrade design process, making key selections of cabinet styles/wood/finish, backsplash tile, inserts, and hardware in the New Creations’ design center. One of the most rewarding parts of the design process was selecting the granite slabs at Pacific Shores and meeting with New Creations designer, Julia, and Summit Stoneworks manager, Sam, to jointly layout the pattern of the kitchen countertops on the actual granite slabs. Our New Creations project was managed with an online project scheduling tool that was very useful, and any detailed information requests were responded to promptly by phone and email.

As with many home construction projects, we had a couple of issues pop up. Roy and his team (with special note to his project manager, Troy) were professional and responsive. Issues were resolved in a timely fashion and the focus on making us happy with our project was always at the top of their list.

Also worthy of note, is that there were several subcontractors used on our project that were true artisans. We were particularly impressed with Summit Stoneworks, who effortlessly put final touches and edges on the granite during the install to make it fit perfectly. Additionally, Greg Olson and his team did a wonderful job of working with us to design, construct and install a beautiful, new family room media cabinet. Impressive workmanship!

There are always ways to improve a team, and in this case I would recommend having the project manager get involved earlier. It would be beneficial to have the project manager start engaging during the tail-end of the design process, so that there is no gap in the flow of information from the design process to the installation phase of the project. Additionally, we had a gap in our schedule between demolition of our kitchen to the start of the construction phase, so I would recommend “tightening up” the schedule to eliminate this inconvenience to the customer.

We are very happy with our beautifully remodeled kitchen, and would recommend New Creations to anyone interested in a well-run home remodeling project!

Great work – The work was done on time and in a very professional manner. We only needed a counter top and the workmen were very careful not to damage our existing cabinets.

We were given a schedule when the counter top would be installed, when the tile contractor would be there and when the plumber would install the new sink plumbing. Every process was started on time and completed on time.

Ever member of the work crew were very respectful of our home and did there best to keep it clean of outside dirt.

I do highly recommend New Creations Custom Kitchens and Bath Remodeling to every one that is looking to redo their home.

Kitchen - Beautiful and Functional! – I Love My Kitchen!

We met Roy and some of his team members at the last home and garden show in August and decided to let him come over and provide us some ideas as to what we could do with our kitchen. We purchased our 17-year old home in 2008 and knew at that time that it needed renovating. The cabinets were ‘golden oak’, 30 inches tall with white laminate counter top covering every available spot. Additionally, the original appliances were still in use!

Roy was much attuned to our schedule and made several evening appointments to meet with us. His suggestions of installing under-counter lights and ceiling can lights (to replace the three fluorescent fixtures – which for some odd reason, I really wanted to keep…), were initially met with resistance, but we folded…

After meeting with Julia and Roy at the design center, we decided on a red mahogany finish over knotty alder cabinets. Julia creatively designed a ‘furniture’ piece of cabinetry and enlarged the island to accompany the shape of the kitchen. I provided design specifications of the appliances I selected to Greg and his team perfectly sized all areas to fit like a glove. Larry, the plumber, and James, the electrician were pleasant and very professional. Trevor, Josh and Troy were always on top of the schedule.

From the time we met with Roy and Julia at the design center, the cabinets and appliances were ripped out and new cabinets and counters were installed, to the final touchups, we were looking at approximately 2 ½ months. This was primarily due to the glass I selected which turned out to not be available locally and had to be special ordered.

The professionalism, courteousness and sensitivity to customer needs of the New Creations team are second to none. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a remodeling effort.

P.S. The can lights we were so hesitant to have installed – we wouldn’t have them any other way!

Kitchen remodel went well beyond what we imagined! – My wife wanted new countertops in our 10 year old kitchen. After new wood flooring in the house this past summer I looked at doing this for her. Our kitchen was "standard, run-of-the-mill, no frills kitchen" with pickled, white-washed cabinets (no handles), linoleum floors, and as the owner Roy called it a "god awful" green backsplash with walls to match.

After meeting with Roy I opted to go with everything - cabinets, floors, lighting, fixtures, tile, backsplash. I'm not much of a designer - okay, not one at all. I met with Roy and his team at his design center and after about 90 min. or so came up with a unique flooring, backsplash design to match the granite countertops and cabinets I picked out.

Cut to about 2 months later (total time from intial contact to completion). OH MY GOSH!!! Like my headline says, this job went so above anything we had thought of. Not only was the end product absolutely fantastic but so was the entire process. Roy has assembled the finest work team you could ever hope to work with. Everyone, I mean everyone is absolutely professional/polite and 100% competent in their work. I dare to say you'll not find a better company to work with.

They started the job just before Christmas and hoped to have it finished prior to the holidays. Unfortunately, because of circumstances beyond their control (the tile supplier couldn't get my tile from overseas to Roy in time) this didn't happen. However, Roy and his team busted their rears to get us a functional kitchen for our holiday visitors. Also, because of the delay we were without our range microwave so they brought us a new loaner microwave to use - totally unexpected. On top of everything else, after the holidays the tile still wasn't in. Sensing my frustration (with the tile supplier NOT New Creations) Roy got our family a sizable gift certificate to our favorite restaurant. WOW! This company really steps up and delivers superb customer care.

The work was completed yesterday and I'm sitting here on my laptop today while my kitchen is detailed by the cleaning company New Creations sent over - just one more finishing touch!

Love my kitchen, loved my experience getting it – We recently finished our full kitchen remodel with New Creations. After viewing photos of the company’s work on their website, meeting with Roy, and visiting their showroom, I never doubted we would get a gorgeous kitchen. (And we did). What did surprise me was the exceptional degree of customer service, attention to detail, and true commitment to making the customer happy that we experienced, something that was demonstrated by every member of the New Creations team. These guys take pride in their craftsmanship and truly don’t rest until the customer is satisfied. Our concerns were their highest priorities.

I was also surprised by the efforts they took to make sure the remodel process was as painless as possible on my family – working quickly to allow us to have our functional kitchen back, blocking and ventilating the worksite to minimize dust in the rest of the house, cleaning up the jobsite each day, and even having a professional cleaning service come in at the end of the project. We not only have an incredible kitchen now that we love, we had a great experience in getting it. Who would have thought? I highly recommend these guys.

Awesome results-Kitchen and Bathroom – Kitchen remodel went well beyond what we imagined! . Roy and his team take pride in their work and the results are just beautiful. My 25 year old kitchen and bath make us feel like we are in a new home. We were able to expand our guest bathroom and add a window. The tile work is just wonderful to look at in the bath and the kitchen. Our kitchen cabinets are gorgeous and the layout of the kitchen design turned out better than I imagined, thanks to the New Creation team.

I'm in love with my NEW kitchen!!! – It's amazing what a little change can do, that makes a big difference. My kitchen cabinets were ugly, outdated and needed a change. So, I searched around for a couple of companies that did cabinet refacing and had them come out and give me a quote, but there was no comparison to New Creations. Roy Faust and his team are great to work with, I could really tell he loves what he does by his enthusiasm and knowledge. My whole experience was amazing and I can't wait to have them put in a new back splash, new tile around the fireplace and downstairs floor. I'm madly in love with my new kitchen. Thank you New Creations....you guys are awesome!!!!
