My husband and I hired New Creations to replace our existing
kitchen countertops with granite and replace
the sink with a high end one. The price we
were quoted was lower than the other companies
who gave us estimates. As we have a lot of counter
space and a large bar area that needed to be upgraded,
we definitely felt that Roy's price was excellent. We
appreciated Roy and his employees for their honesty &
professionalism. I would highly recommend New Creations
for your remodeling needs.

I had always wanted to convert a large island in my kitchen to make part of it into a bar while leaving the other half at counter height. After seeing the fantastic work that New Creations did on a friend's bathroom re-model, I contacted Roy for a bid and eventually decided to go with them for the project. Troy did a great job managing every detail of the project, and their carpenter did an absolutely fantastic job with the cabinet work. Troy ran all around town finding tile to match the slate that was already down in my kitchen, and they were also able to find a great match for my granite counter tops. The completed job looks exactly the way I had envisioned it; New Creations did a great job every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

We recently completed a kitchen/first floor remodel. After talking to several companies we decided to go with New Creations and we are so thankful we made that decision. From the very beginning we clicked with the people at New Creations. Roy, Jeremy and Troy were nothing short of wonderful. They listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and offered alternatives to improve what we were trying to achieve and went out of their way to make sure we would be happy with the finished product when we were having a hard time making
some crucial decisions. We wanted a kitchen that was functional and that was unique, not a carbon copy of a similar floor plan. We are really pleased with the end result. Honesty is a big thing for me when dealing with anyone. These guys and the crews they used were really up front. There were no surprises and no hidden costs. For the most part, time lines were met and the craftsmanship is excellent. The New Creation staff is young,
energetic and out of the box thinkers. Most importantly they are honest and know what they are doing. Without a single reservation, I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of making home improvements.

Well Handled BIG remodeling project. You want these guys. – We hired Roy and his team to handle a remodel of a 30+ year old kitchen, living room , entry way,bath and dining room along with tiling from back to front. Our project was a big one, and comprehensive. We had his crew install multiple windows, electrical, countertop, custom cabinetry, and an original cabinet piece along with raising ceiling, moving ducts, and installing new lighting. They also tiled about 1000 square feet.

From the onset, Roy and Troy and their staff were on a set schedule. We received weekly and at times daily progress updates which helped us know what to expect next. We are a big family with a dog and it was necessary for the timing to be right so that all parties knew what to expect. The company's strict adherence to their plans and informing us of any changes and modifying the schedule allowed us to all go along together. The subs that he used were appropriate, respectful, and consistent in keeping with Roy's overall plan, and you could tell that they had been both well informed of expectations, as well as trained on a consistent level of customer service that the company intended to provide. Any concerns that we had were addressed quickly. Any issues or conflicts that arose were dealt with directly, without excuses. The team's handling of the project top to bottom left little to be desired, and at the end of it all, even though we did this project during the hottest part of the
summer, I would have done it again. At all times we felt that there was an available person to handle a concern or arrive at a resolution. They take their work very personally, and it showed in our satisfaction and in the end product. I highly endorse Roy, Troy and their team for this type of work, and will add that they are pleasant and professional to deal with as well.

Our Remodeled Kitchen Is Wonderful! – We had Roy and the New Creations crew remodel our
30 year old kitchen and are really pleased with how their work updated and revitalised the most
popular room in our home. We liked our solid wood cabinets and wanted to try to match new
door additions to existing cabinets. We were not sure it could be done to our satisfaction. How
wrong we were! Our friends can't tell the new from the old, and Greg, the cabinet guy, really
worked wonders with all our ideas. We were very impressed with the skilled artisans making up
the New Creations team. Mike, the project manager, checked on the project every day and Troy
made sure our several requests regarding the work site and our neighbors were met. For
example, we didn't want loud music blasting from radios; we wanted the work site cleaned up
at the end of each day; we asked them to keep the number of crew trucks and cars to a
minimum and that our and the neighbor's driveways be kept free. New Creations exceeded our
expectations in all regards.

We are truly pleased with the finished product and would happily and enthusiastically
recommend Roy Faust's New Creations to anyone thinking about kitchen and bath remodeling.
We hope to remodel our master bath in the coming months and are keeping Roy and his team
on our speed dial.

Best Kitchen/Bath Remodel in Austin – No need to look any further.

We hired Roy and New Creations in September to remodel our kitchen and bath. They were efficient, responsible, and professional, but most importantly...they did what they said they would do.

We were provided with a line item estimate and the final cost was not a penny more. Great attention was given to every detail while each and every one of our concerns were addressed along the way. They have a design center with hundreds of tiles, countertops, etc. to choose from with professional advice along the way. They will bring samples to your home so you can get an idea of what the finished product will look like.

At one point, we had received some back splash tile for the kitchen from a supplier that didn't quite line up right. Roy immediately removed the tile, re-ordered from the supplier, and re-installed it. That is the type of support I can live with. Please know that if anything is not done to your satisfaction, New Creations will do it over until you are satisfied.

Attention is given to every detail of the project.

One other feature New Creations provides is a calendar of events for your project. You can log on to their website and see what work is scheduled for each day.

We would certainly hire them again and probably will for some other remodeling projects we have planned.

Bottom line here is New Creations will do it right. They will not nickel and dime you to death like some contractors and you will have peace of mind knowing your finished product be exactly as you envisioned it.

I recently had New Creations remodel 3 bathrooms in my house; a master bath, powder room and guest bath. It was a complicated project since were doing 3 bathrooms at once however; it was made easy by working with Roy and his team. What I liked about working with them was the attention to detail and the fact that they truly care if the project is done right and to your satisfaction. We have done several remodeling projects in the past in our house with other contractors that we had to manage and coordinate getting the work done. It was great working with New Creations in that they are truly a turnkey company and completely managed all aspects of the project from start to finish. This was the least stressful remodel that we have done in the house.
Roy and his team spend a lot of time up front making sure the design of each room met not only our needs aesthetically but also on a practical level. This helps to reduce the actual construction time because everything is planned, ordered and ready to go and you are not having to make rush decisions as the project is going on to meet construction deadlines. Once the project began the team was very careful to protect my walls and floors as well as tried as best as they could to keep it as clean as possible. I was very happy with how all three of my bathrooms turned out and cannot wait to work with New Creations on our kitchen next.

New Creations just finished an amazing remodel of our kitchen and family room. The entire process, particularly the finished product, far exceeded our expectations. Roy is a joy to work with, and his design assistant gave us fabulous ideas. Roy really means it when he says "how can we serve you"? Roy kept in touch with us almost daily through email, phone or text, and was never too busy to discuss our needs. Any anxiety we had starting the project dissolved as we realized Roy and his team’s main concern was making sure we loved our new spaces – and we do!!

We have now been working in our new kitchen for almost a month and I love it more every day. Small issues discovered have been addressed immediately though the project is ended – something I have not experienced before. When we remodeled our master bath several years ago, we were never able to get the contractor to come back and fix pretty big issues and ended up having to hire someone else.

The entire team at New Creations is professional and takes great pride in their work. Apollo Is the master of all trades- there is nothing that man can't do. To the entire NC Team - thank you!!!

Amazing......love, love our new kitchen and New Creations.

New Creations kept us updated daily, met their timeline as scheduled and the staff was responsive, professional and personable. One of the best things they offer is an invite for you to view their project schedule. The schedule shows daily who is to come out and what work is to be done. Troy keep it updated daily to follow up on any carryovers. This on-line scheduler is a wonderful way to keep everyone informed and since our project lasted four weeks it was very helpful. I love organization so for me this tool was the BEST!!

In Summary, Roy helped us plan and design the perfect kitchen. Then, Troy who was always on site kept everyone and everything going. Both Roy and Troy reflect New Creations as a company with high integrity and great pride.

If I could award six stars, I would. New Creations remodeled our kitchen this spring and the entire experience was stress free due largely to the excellent customer service of Roy and Troy and the professionalism of their entire team. We needed someone who could take care of us turnkey and they did. Roy had good advice and tremendous patience with us as we tried to make the hundreds of decisions that come with planning a kitchen remodel. Roy as GC sought to spot and fix the slightest imperfections in the work before we could. He went above and beyond to address any concern we had. The quality of the workmanship, from custom cabinets, to painters and tile work, not to mention the other service professionals, was top notch. I highly recommend New Creations Kitchen and Bath of Austin.
