New Creations is full of great customer service. I originally used Roy Faust's (owner) team a couple of years ago to do a complete kitchen remodeling, from tile backsplash, granite counter tops, and new cabinets, to appliance selection. What is remarkable to me, is the great subcontractors that this team pulls together ... top notch artisans and professionals from standard plumbing to artfully designed tile and granite work. I have gone back to this team several times over the past couple of years for smaller jobs now, just to use the great subcontractors that Roy employs. I am very pleased with a recent ceramic tile replacement job that was completed in my home on time, with minimum amount of mess, by men who know their craft well. This team is respectful, personable, and extremely customer focused!

We worked with New Creations to do a complete kitchen remodel, and a refresh of a laundry room and powder room. We are very pleased not only with the results, but the entire process from design to completion.

Roy is the business owner and handles the sales and design aspects of projects. Roy is a very honest person and was always up front and forthcoming about what options would cost. He also is very good at planning a job to make sure everything runs smoothly. On the project design, Roy was always very enthusiastic and was a pleasure to work with. He was able to understand our vision of what we wanted and use his expertise to make it better than we ever could have done on our own. He was always working on new ideas, whether it was dropping off new tile samples that he was excited about, or sweating the details on the perfect paint colors. We appreciated the personal attention and passion that Roy put into our project.

Troy is the project manager and is responsible for the construction, schedule, and quality of the job. We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with than Troy. He was always on top of every single detail, and it was clear that he took the schedule and job quality very seriously. Whenever we would ask him a question or give feedback, he would always make sure to take care of it; I can't think of a single time when Troy forgot something that I had talked to him about. Troy is a very nice person who knows how to get things done on time with a level of quality that he would expect in his own house.

Our job came in on time and on budget. Everyone we worked with was professional and friendly. The results were everything we wanted, and for a job this big it ran very smoothly. We will definitely be working with New Creations on our next remodeling project.

We totally remodeled our kitchen and breakfast area and could not be happier with the outcome. We plan to do a complete bath and closet remodel later in the year and will definitely use Roy and his crew again.

They listened to everything we wanted to do. Made very useful suggestions/improvements to our designs. Drew up a very complete budget and plan for the remodel and walked us through all the steps ahead of time. We really are very happy with the method, quality, quickness and professionalism of everyone they brought in.

We hired New Creations to do a complete remodel on our 5000 sq. ft. home in Austin, Texas. We were very pleased with the results of our new home. The remodel consisted of everything from painting walls to taking the kitchen down to the studs and rebuilding it. Roy and his staff were very professional at all times. They worked with us and we never felt pressure of any kind to do something that we weren't 100% agreed upon. They kept us informed at all times of the process of the remodel. We all worked together and as a result we have a beautiful home.
Roy has also continued to stay in touch with us and recently called to see if we would like our countertops resealed and anything else we needed. This follow up was after almost three years from our remodel job. We were very impressed with New Creations not only for their design work, the quality of people they employed and the follow up given three years later. I highly recommend New Creations based on the job that was done for us.

Roy has a great eye for design and pulling a project together. What I also appreciated was his ability to circumvent problems before they arise. Once you begin a project there are a myriad of way that a budget can get busted simply by not having the knowledge and expertise to think the project through. As a real estate professional, I have seen a lot of DIY jobs gone wrong that end up costing way more to fix than if a professional had been hired in the first place. New Creations is the total package. You get someone with a great sense of design, the best contractors in town to do the work and the customer service to back it all up.

New Creations did an incredible job of transforming my newly purchased house into a beautiful home. Roy was both a good listener and creative in guiding me me through the design process for the Master Bath and Kitchen. Troy was exceptional in guiding the superb workmen through their daily tasks. When I became exasperated at the mid point with the house full of dust, Troy provided professional cleaners to clean every detail of the house. Apollo, the tile person, was amazing. I was truly impressed with the quality of the entire team. And much to my friends' disbelief, the project was finished at cost and just one week beyond the estimated completion date. Excellent experience with Roy and Troy as we did our first ever complete kitchen renovation. Very well organized process for seeing us from start to finish with the project. Very experienced team that handled everything, even small hiccups, with professionalism and a focus on getting things done the right way. Always available to discuss alternatives in the structural design and help to come up with the best solution. Very flexible in accepting our interior design choices as we consulted with our own interior designer. Very happy with the results - a larger, beautiful, and very functional kitchen!

New Creations Kitchen Remodel. We recently embarked upon a project to give our kitchen a face-lift. After researching a full remodel and replacement of our perfectly good (but just ugly) kitchen cabinets, we stumbled across the New Creations website and found out about an alternative to replacement. Having been down the remodel road and found that complete replacement was not something that on which we wanted to spend too much money, we met with the New Creations crew to see what they had to offer. Their showroom featured many different styles of refaced cabinets complete with interchangeable countertop surfaces and backsplashes so we were able to get a very good sense of how our material selections would combine to create an overall look. This was extremely helpful to see and quite a contrast to having to guesstimate with tiny samples at many other providers.

Once we understood the re-facing process and the timeline, we were certain that this was a better path for us. It was very important that we establish and stick to an aggressive timeline which would ensure completion by the end of September. Roy and Troy were very helpful in scheduling our remodel project and ensuring that we had good transparency to the milestones and project tasks in the schedule along the way. Once we had our materials selected, the New Creations team sent us a detailed web-based project plan that outlined the entire schedule from start to finish. With both of us working and me travelling during that time, this was enormously helpful to us as we sought to plan our weeks. Once we got started with the project, we were very happy with the team’s diligence in sticking to the schedule and ensuring that tasks were completed on-time. Additionally, as we ran into the inevitable hiccup’s that come with home projects, we found that the New Creations team was extremely responsive and diligent in resolving things to our satisfaction. Everyone who was brought to the house to work was polite, honest and very good at their piece of the project. All in all, it took about 3 weeks to complete the project and we were able to access/use our kitchen for the majority of that timeframe. The results are great! The kitchen has a great new look that’s far more up-to-date. We replaced the countertops with granite, the white backsplash with a cool glass tile mosaic and the lighting throughout the kitchen. It’s like a brand new kitchen for a lot less than we were originally planning to spend. We’re thoroughly enjoying the new look of the kitchen and would highly recommend this process and the New Creations team to anyone embarking on a kitchen remodel.

New Creations demonstrated superior workmanship, thoroughness, and professionalism in the remodeling of my kitchen. Our home was built in 1982. The primary purpose of our project was to completely remodel the kitchen to create a brighter more functional space and update all the appliances. A makeover of the adjacent dining room was also planned.

We have been through several small remodeling projects during 27 years in our home and neither of us relished the idea of trying to find suitable contractors or acting as project managers and on-site supervisors again.

New Creations Custom Kitchen and Bath solved that problem for us. We were impressed before our very first meeting when Roy Faust called us to say he would be ten minutes late and “would that be alright?”

New Creations is a high end custom remodeling company offering “turn key” kitchen and bath remodeling services. Their goal is to provide outstanding service and craftsmanship. They didn’t over sell, they did what they promised.

From the design process through tear down and construction, everyone involved with the project was professional and considerate of the fact they were working in our home. Since we live with twelve indoor only cats, that was of special importance to us.

In fact, being “cat resistant” was a major design concern for our kitchen. Roy spent a lot of time learning about our lifestyle as part of his design process. Unlike some designers, he does not try to force his vision on you, but rather tries to pull your ideas out and help you make the decisions.

He is not afraid to suggest bold ideas and if he doesn’t like something, he will tell you. He makes the design process collaborative and fun and is not afraid to consult with another designer to make something perfect.

A highly detailed approach to planning the project with the goal of having all materials on hand prior to starting is an important part of the company’s success. Taking that approach minimizes the risk of delay and allows the customer to see the chosen products before they are installed.

An on-site meeting with all contractors several weeks prior to the planned start date allowed us to meet each of them in person and gave them a chance to evaluate the workspace.

That meeting revealed we would need to upgrade our electric service for the cooktop and convection oven we planned to install and allowed plenty of time to have the work done prior to the project start date.

We were informed there would inevitably be problems along the way, but for us not to worry, they would solve the problems. Again, that is exactly what they did.

New Creations constantly tries to improve their process. Project manager, Troy Hester, was continually on site seeking solutions to every problem and soliciting our input.

The on line system used to schedule contractors and keep customers informed works well and Troy quickly responded to every email inquiry or phone call we made.

We can’t say enough about the craftsmen working for New Creations. Their focus was always on delivering a quality product and satisfying the customer. Compromises sometimes must be made because original house construction is rarely perfect. In fact, I’m not sure there is a square or plumb wall in our house!

However, through it all, Roy, Troy and everyone involved in our project went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the results. Working with New Creations was a marvelous experience. We would recommend them without hesitation. The completed kitchen is even better then we imagined it would be.
