We recently remodeled our master bathroom with New Creations, with Roy and Troy, and could not be happier with the outcome. As nervous newcomers to remodeling, I found Roy's straight-forward-tell-it-how-it-is style very refreshing. I was also pleasantly surprised and relieved that Roy did not try to "sell" additional things/services, but rather functioned as a guide and shared his experience with us if he thought it would benefit us in making a decision. Roy was extremely patient with our questions and concerns.

Troy managed the project with patience and grace, waited for inspectors, treated our home and our family with tremendous respect, listened carefully to any comments we had to make and took care of things in our home that weren't even part of our contract--he just offered to help!

Not sure you will find a better duo of honest, hard-working men to make your vision suddenly appear in your home. Can't wait for my next project to put them back to work. Highly recommended!

We now have an amazing kitchen and couldn’t be more delighted! Many thanks to the New Creations team for their patience, diligence, professionalism, and kindness they have shown myself and family in the renovation of our kitchen. My husband and I have been through the ringer over the years from sloppy contractors that don’t show up when they say they would, did a shoddy job, and left a mess behind as they left. We found that Roy’s crew was the exact opposite of this as they did an outstanding job of arriving on time, showing true quality craftsmanship on the task at hand, and each day would clean up before they left for the evening. Apollo was one of the main people that worked incredibly hard each day and made sure that the kitchen was perfect for me. He did a beautiful job of fine tuning at the end to make sure that every last detail was taken care of. He is such a talented craftsman and incredibly polite. This whole process has been such a positive experience and has changed our outlook on contractors. As for Roy, the owner of New Creations, my husband and I were impressed with his willingness to make sure that we were happy with every unique part of the design. Roy worked very closely with my husband and I to do so, often on his own time which was incredibly generous given that my husband and I have been juggling 2 little ones 3 and under during this entire remodel. We found the design incorporated all of our ideas but then it also took it to the next level that made our kitchen not just nice, but absolutely stunning and a lot more functional. We have received many compliments in the short amount of time that it has been complete and are looking forward to spending a lot more time in our new kitchen. Thank you New Creations!

I love my new "spa -like" bathroom! The New Creations team did a wonderful job. The workers were professional, courteous and trustworthy. The area was always left clean and they paid attention to every detail. The project ran according to schedule and it turned out even better than I had envisioned. I would definitely hire Roy, Troy, and the New Creations team again!

Remodeling done the RIGHT way. – In a day of many industry and service folks showing indifference and offering shrugged shoulders, these guys shine for listening, offering solutions, creativity, and problem solving when the scope of the project changes. They have assembled a vetted collection of trades people who know how to get the job done. The cabinets, in particular, are amongst some of the best made and beautifully crafted cabinets that I have seen. Solid wood with great detail to craftsmanship make them a joy to use and look at. The compliments from friends keep flowing about the remodel. Roy and I met and discussed the project and planning multiple times before starting and the cabinet manufacturer offered suggestions about the creation of unique wall that turned out to be a wonderful focal point that ties in wonderfully with the kitchen design. Troy's hands on detail to the project was also quite remarkable in managing the day to day scheduling and ensuring that things were on time and in place. In a remodel there are always going to be surprises, but the nice thing about dealing with these folks is that they become an ally for getting a solution in place as quickly and efficiently as possible. The end result has been a beautiful kitchen that greatly exceeds what I thought was possible for my space. You can't go wrong with having these guys manage your remodel if you want the piece of mind that things being done the right way with great attention to detail.

Best Kitchen Remodeler...Hands Down! – Roy (owner of New Creations) worked very patiently with us as we painfully crawled through the design and estimating/ bid evaluation process. He had a lot of great ideas we had not considered when we decided to remodel the kitchen. Once we finally accepted his offer, he very clearly lined out all the steps his team need to do and all the homework we needed to do in order to get all materials and resources in the right place at the right time. The first day of demo was Oct 19, 2011 and the last day of punch list tidy ups was Dec 23. The bulk of all the work and adjustments were completed by the end of November but Roy's commitment to 100% customer satisfaction kept his guys coming back until everything was right per his opinion which in a number of cases was far more detailed than ours. All of his team were very personable and we had no concerns allowing them to work in our home unattended. We got to meet all of them prior to us even signing the contract with New Creations which was just another example of how Roy took uncertainty out of the equation. Add on top this, their use of a web based project planning tool that we were given access to so we could always keep up with what was accomplished by who as well as what was coming and when. The team kept the house very neat considering the level of construction that was taking place and made sure to clean up at the end of everyday. We could not be happier with the final product New Creations delivered for us. The kitchen is far more functional than the original with lots more cabinet and drawer space without adding a single inch of sq footage. From beginning to end, Roy and his project manager, Troy were always responsive by e-mail and phone for any question that popped into our heads and the thoroughness of the upfront planning & design efforts they led resulted in no change orders or other financial surprises (except for items mandated by city code i.e. smoke detectors on every open surface in house it seems, overwhich they had no control). All of Roys' subcontractors took as much ownership of our satisfaction as Roy did for which we are very grateful. We highly recommend you consider Roy Faust and New Creations for your remodeling project, you will not be disappointed!

Awesome Experience with Bathroom Remodel – After 10 years of thinking and talking about remodeling out 80s style master bathroom, we finally made the move and asked friends who they would recommend. Several told us about New Creations and we contacted Roy Faust and his team. From the very beginning, they listened to our needs, communicated flawlessly, and truly brought the whole team to reform our bathroom. New tub, sinks, granite counter, tile, paint, raising the ceiling, fixtures, lighting….so many decisions for us, but they delivered exactly what we asked for.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the finished product, that came in on budget and in less time that estimated. Troy who managed the project was professional, courteous, and on time every day. The crew that he brought was phenomenal, from start to finish the delivered, and cleaned up every step of the way.

We missed them when they were gone, but 5 stars to the crew and our whole experience with New Creations…we would do it all again!

Experienced, professional and fun to work with! – Remodeling a kitchen is such a huge deal that we put it off for quite some time. If only we had known about Roy Faust and New Creations we would have started much earlier!

We love the final product and have to say that the experience was excellent. New Creations came in on budget and ahead of time!! These guys really know what they are doing!

The planning was very thorough. We had a great exchange of ideas to finally come up with the design and materials we wanted and the end result proves it. We have a kitchen that is just right for our family and lifestyle.

During the process Jeremy, our day-to-day contact, was always polite and professional, with a good sense of humor too! The work site was always clean. The subcontractors showed up when they said they would. We loved the Basecamp tool that helped everyone know the schedule, and let us plan our lives around the work.

With a big project there will obviously be minor hiccups along the way, but it is how they were dealt with that shows the true professionalism of New Creations… quick to respond and always focused on providing excellent customer service.

We would definitely recommend New Creations to anyone undertaking a kitchen remodel.

Best Kitchen/Bath Remodel in Austin – No need to look any further.

We hired Roy and New Creations in September to remodel our kitchen and bath. They were efficient, responsible, and professional, but most importantly...they did what they said they would do.

We were provided with a line item estimate and the final cost was not a penny more. Great attention was given to every detail while each and every one of our concerns were addressed along the way. They have a design center with hundreds of tiles, countertops, etc. to choose from with professional advice along the way. They will bring samples to your home so you can get an idea of what the finished product will look like.

At one point, we had received some back splash tile for the kitchen from a supplier that didn't quite line up right. Roy immediately removed the tile, re-ordered from the supplier, and re-installed it. That is the type of support I can live with. Please know that if anything is not done to your satisfaction, New Creations will do it over until you are satisfied.

Attention is given to every detail of the project.

One other feature New Creations provides is a calendar of events for your project. You can log on to their website and see what work is scheduled for each day.

We would certainly hire them again and probably will for some other remodeling projects we have planned.

Bottom line here is New Creations will do it right. They will not nickel and dime you to death like some contractors and you will have peace of mind knowing your finished product be exactly as you envisioned it.

Amazing New Kitchen – After 8 years in our home, we decided to update our kitchen. We researched and contacted several companies who did kitchen remodels. Roy at New Creations was the first (and one of the only) to respond to our queries.

Roy and his band of contractors helped us with the new kitchen design. Alina helped with paint colors, cabinet colors and getting us appointments with various vendors. Roy's cabinet maker was phenomenal. Our new woodwork is truly beautiful. His tile crew were always prompt and did an amazing job with the new travertine. Both his plumber and electrician were always on hand to answer questions and solve construction issues.

Working with Jeremy, our site manager, was fantastic! He was ALWAYS available by phone and email. (And, yes, we had him on speed dial!)

Living through a kitchen remodel isn't ever fun, but Roy and his team at New Creations made it bearable. We are so glad we hired them. Our kitchen is beautiful!!
